30-Night Sleep Trial & Return Policy

We didn't engineer the Solus Set to sit in a box—we engineered it to be slept in.

We are so confident in the mechanics and the material of our sheets that we offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial. This means you can wash them, sleep in them, and live with them for three months. If you don’t think they are the best sheets you’ve ever owned, we will take them back for a full refund.

How the 30-Night Trial Works

  • Timeline: You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

  • Condition: Unlike standard retailers, we do accept returns on items that have been washed and used. However, we cannot accept items that are stained, abused, or damaged due to improper care (e.g., bleach, rips, or pet damage).

  • Packaging: You do not need the original shipping box or tissue paper, but please include the Veleura cinch bag with your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@veleura.co with your order number.

  2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Pack the sheets (and the cinch bag) and drop the package off at the carrier specified on the label.

Refunds Once we receive your return and verify that it is free of stains or damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If you notice any manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong size, contact us immediately at hello@veleura.co so we can make it right.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get what you want is to initiate a return for a refund, and simply place a new order for the item you want. This ensures your new sheets ship immediately, rather than waiting for your return to be processed first.

A Note on Sustainability Returns that have been used are never resold. Where possible, we sanitize and donate usable returns to local shelters or textile recycling partners to ensure nothing goes to a landfill.
